We require viewing the property before applying. -
Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?
You pay 1st months rent and a security deposit. -
How old do you have to be to apply?
18 or older -
Is the deposit refundable?
Yes, If the property is left in the same condition as when you moved in except for normal wear and tear. -
You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?
Email managing@townandcoastal.com and we will email pre-qualifying questions. Once answered, we will schedule a time for you to view the property. -
How do I pay rent?
You can pay on-line, mail or drop off at our office. -
I want to get a pet. What do I do?
It depends if the Owner will allow a pet, unique to each property. Usually the advertisement will state if the property is pet friendly. -
I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do?

My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?
Send us an email letting us know you are not renewing the lease. -
Who is responsible for paying for repairs?
Usually the owner. However, it could be the tenant responsibility if repairs are due to negligence. For example, if a toilet is clogged because of what a Tenant tried to flush, it is a Tenant responsibility. -

We are members of the following associations. NARPM, CAA, National Association of Realtors, Realtor, CRMLS, BBB, equal housing.
